To conduct humanitarian demining activities in Ukraine, an operator must obtain the appropriate permit and undergo the certification procedure at the Center for Humanitarian Demining.
Permit Stages
Document Submission
The operator submits a package of documents to the Center for Humanitarian Demining
Document Review
The Center reviews submitted documents and checks compliance with requirements
Inspection
Inspection of operator capabilities (equipment, personnel, procedures)
Certification
Issuance of the mine action operator certificate
