Jerry Heil presented a song and video dedicated to the land and women who clear Ukraine of mines. The musical work became an emotional tribute to the female sappers, dog handlers, and specialists working in humanitarian demining.

"This song is about the earth that bears the scars of war and the women who heal those scars. Every day they go to the fields knowing the danger, and their courage makes our land safe again. I wanted the world to hear their story," said Jerry Heil.

The video was filmed at actual demining sites and features real female mine action specialists who shared their stories. The visual narrative combines the beauty of Ukrainian landscapes with the harsh reality of mine contamination.

"Jerry Heil's song and video are a powerful advocacy tool. Art reaches the heart in ways that statistics cannot. This project will help millions of people understand what humanitarian demining means for Ukraine," said Ihor Bezkaravainyi, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.

The release of the song and video is part of Jerry Heil's work as ambassador of humanitarian demining, a role she assumed to raise awareness and mobilise support.

"The response has been incredible. People tell me that the song made them understand the problem in a new way. This is exactly the effect we were hoping for," noted the singer.

The song was presented at several international events and has been widely shared on social media, reaching audiences around the world.
