15% compensation for Ukrainian special equipment: opportunities for humanitarian demining

The Ministry of Economy has opened applications for compensation of the cost of Ukrainian industrial machinery and equipment for 2026. Under the programme, the state will reimburse 15% of the cost (excluding VAT) of purchased Ukrainian-made equipment.
The programme operates within the framework of the national policy «Made in Ukraine» and covers equipment manufactured in Ukraine with a localisation level of at least 40%.
Demining machines are included in the eligible equipment list. This means mine action operators can benefit from the state compensation when purchasing Ukrainian-made demining machinery.
«This is a significant opportunity for the humanitarian demining sector. A 15% cost reduction makes Ukrainian-made machines more competitive and accessible for operators,» the Ministry noted.
Currently, 25 Ukrainian banks are participating in the programme. The full list of eligible equipment is published on the Ministry of Economy website.
