Law on Mine Action signed by the President of Ukraine

The heavy demining machine MV-10, which is partially manufactured in Ukraine, has successfully passed certification. The Croatian-made machine with Ukrainian components received a certificate of conformity confirming its suitability for use in humanitarian demining.

"The successful certification of the MV-10 with Ukrainian components is an important milestone in the localisation of production. We are not simply buying foreign machines — we are gradually transferring production to Ukraine, creating jobs, and building domestic expertise," said Ihor Bezkaravainyi, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.

The MV-10 is manufactured by the Croatian company DOK-ING and is one of the most widely used heavy demining machines in the world. Ukrainian enterprises produce individual components for the machine, gradually increasing the share of domestic production.

"The localisation model works — we produce components in Ukraine while maintaining full compliance with international quality standards. This has been confirmed by the successful certification," noted the manufacturer's representative.

The machine underwent testing at a specialised testing ground, where it demonstrated its ability to safely and effectively process soil, destroy vegetation, and detonate explosive ordnance.

"Every step towards localisation strengthens our self-sufficiency. Today it is individual components, tomorrow it can be entire assemblies and, eventually, machines produced entirely in Ukraine," emphasised the Deputy Minister.
